What books are you constantly recommending?

  1. Hmm, I am going to have to look into Piratica. One of my favorite series to recommend it Bloody Jack, about an orphan girl who disguises herself a boy and gets a job on a naval ship...and she's off to battle pirates. I love the adventures this girl has! Great picks. I have recommended almost all of them at some point or another. http://wp.me/pzUn5-1sn

  2. We share a lot of the same books on our lists. I definitely get what you mean with a John Green rec, it does vary person to person. I do generally push Looking For Alaska more because it was the first John Green book I read and fell in love with. Great list!

    My Top Ten

  3. What a great list! Several of these are one that I recommend to my kids as well...even though they didn't make it on my list.

'Great and Terrible Beauty' = wonderful audio
'Beauty Queens' I always discuss when I teach satire
'Graceling' the kids always recommend to me

'Audrey, Wait!' is the only one on the list I don't recognize. I definitely need to check it out.

  4. Oh, The Book Thief. That book GUTTED me. Great lists!
