Top Ten Series I Haven't Finished
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

1. The Skinjacker Trilogy by Neal Shusterman
Everlost (Skinjacker, #1)Everwild (Skinjacker, #2)Everfound (Skinjacker, #3)
It's not that I didn't like Everlost- I LOVED it. At first I didn't know it was a trilogy and was pretty satisfied with the ending. I keep saying I'm going to finish it and I will! Someday...

2. Piratica by Tanith Lee
Piratica: Being a Daring Tale of a Singular Girl's Adventure Upon the High Seas (Piratica, #1)Return to Parrot Island (Piratica, #2)The Family Sea (Piratica, #3)
Another series that I LOVED, but only the first two books are published in the U.S. I finally got the third from the Book Depository, though, so I can finally read it! Yay!

3. Flappers by Jillian Larkin
Vixen (Flappers, #1)Ingenue (Flappers, #2)Diva (Flappers, #3)
Yet another series that I enjoyed. Honestly? I have no excuse for not finishing this one.

4. The Sisters Grimm by Michael Buckley
The Fairy-Tale Detectives (The Sisters Grimm, #1)The Council of Mirrors (The Sisters Grimm, #9)
This is an adorable middle-grade series that I love, but I just need to get books 6-9. (I think...)

5. The Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot
The Princess Diaries (The Princess Diaries, #1)Forever Princess (The Princess Diaries, #10)
Maybe I was just too young for this series, but I expected the cute fun of the movie and got something entirely different. I still liked them, but the series just stretched on and the spines aren't numbered. I don't want to do research just to figure out which book to read next!

6. Divergent by Veronica Roth
Divergent (Divergent, #1)Insurgent (Divergent, #2)
I STILL haven't read Insurgent all these months later! I need to get on that!

7. Tattoo by Jennifer Lynn Barnes
Tattoo (Tattoo, #1)Fate (Tattoo, #2)
The first book was good and the ending didn't make me think that this would be a series. I don't feel any pull to continue.

8. Fallen by Lauren Kate
Fallen (Fallen, #1)Torment (Fallen, #2)
This series wasn't my cup of tea.

9. Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan
The Forest of Hands and Teeth (The Forest of Hands and Teeth, #1)The Dead-Tossed Waves (The Forest of Hands and Teeth, #2)The Dark and Hollow Places (The Forest of Hands and Teeth, #3)
See #8.

10. The Cronus Chronicles by Anne Ursu
The Shadow Thieves (Cronus Chronicles, #1)The Siren Song (Cronus Chronicles, #2)The Immortal Fire (Cronus Chronicles, #3)
For the longest time I couldn't find the second book and eventually it had been so long that I didn't even remember the protagonist's name. Maybe someday.

What series have you never finished?

  1. I definitely need to read the last two Forest of Hands and Teeth books. I loved the first one so I don't know why it is taking so long to read the other two. Same goes for needing to read Insurgent.

Your comments brighten my day. :)
